As Scripture says, "Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame." For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile - the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, (13) for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved," (10:11-12).

Those who originally received this letter were struggling to hold together a diverse community of Jews and non-Jews (Gentiles). Paul goes to great lengths to explain that God's plan reaches everyone regardless of ethnicity. He is faithful to all.
