The Parable of the Lost Son is one of the most moving and powerful parables that Jesus told. It is uniquely recorded by Doctor Luke (and it's also painted in our beautiful Stained Glass window!) This parable brings into sharp focus the loving heart of God for all those who are far away; the reason Jesus came was to seek and save the lost and this parable  helps us to capture God's heart and be inspired to take our part in his mission to others toady.
