As you read through Luke, notice how many times the Holy Spirit is mentioned and how Luke wants to draw our attention to the power of God at work through the Holy spirit. This is so important because the same Spirit that worked in Jesus Christ will also be at work in the church (which Luke records in acts). The Holy Spirit's ministry doesn't end at Easter - it continues through to today!
